Gainesville High School has been selected, along with 19 other high schools in Georgia, for a pilot program with Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB) and Comcast.

The school’s Audio and Video Technology students will work directly with GPB and Comcast to provide seamless live video streaming of various high school events.

Through this program, resources and technical support will be provided to students with the opportunity to earn courses toward the Audio-Video-Film & Technology career pathway under the leadership of GHS Audio & Video Technology teacher Steve Lawhorne.
