Banks County Commission sets hearings on alleged alcohol, business license violations

The Banks County Commission has announced it will hold hearings Tuesday to consider alleged alcohol and business license ordinance violations by two Banks Crossing eateries.

The hearings for La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant and Koji Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Restaurant will be conducted during a called meeting held in the Board Room of the Banks County Courthouse Annex.

The hearing for La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant will be held at 5 p.m., while the hearing for Koji Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Restaurant will be held at 5:30 p.m.
