The population of Hall County has increased by more than 3,000 since the last Census Bureau estimate, according to the latest data,
The agency says the estimate, as of July 1, 2015, is 193,535. That's up from 190,525 a year earlier.
Two area counties continue to be among the fastest-growing in the country: Forsyth and Gwinnett.
The report says the population of Forsyth is now estimated at 212,438. It was 203,882 July 1, 2014. The number of people living in Gwinnett last July 1 is now estimated at 895,823, compared to 877,726 on July 1, 2014.
