A couple of White County residents have been arrested in metro Atlanta and charged with ripping off a man who answered a Craiglist ad for a relationship.

CBS 46 TV reported the U.S. Marshal's Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Autumn Bailey,28, and Jezlias Maysonet, 33, last Friday. Both are from Cleveland.

Authorities said Bailey placed an ad on Craigslist claiming she was seeking a "long-term relationship."

Detectives told the television station, the male victim met Bailey after the two communicated online. Bailey arranged to go to a hotel room in Brookhaven with the victim, but told him he'd have to pay cash in order to avoid a paper trail. The victim told authorities he laid down the cash and that's when Maysonet ran up and stole the money. They said both Bailey and Maysonet then ran from the hotel.

Bailey has been charged with robbery and Maysonet has been charged with theft by deception.
