HOMER — The West Hall boys soccer team ran away in the second half for a 5-0 win over Banks County on Thursday in Homer.
Richie Castruita scored four goals, including three in the second half, as the Spartans (5-3-1, 3-1 Region 7-AAA) pulled away for the win.
Cesar Villa scored the final goal for West Hall, while Isaac Castruita and Juan Hernandez each provided one assist.
The Spartans travel to face Lambert on Tuesday.
