Hall County Fire Chief Jeff Hood was one of the speakers at a meeting this week, hosted by the Georgia Association of Emergency Medical Services (GAEMS).
The Second Annual Directors and Leadership Conference was held at Lanier Islands.
Hood's remarks were titled "The Strategic Plan: What Does Your Future Look Like?" He shared shared his strategic plan that was implemented at Hall County Fire Services and spoke of how this living document has contributed to the department’s success in planning for future growth.
GAEMS is a statewide membership organization that represents over 14,000 EMT's, paramedics, nurses, doctors, and businesses that support emergency medical services.
