Boys soccer: North Hall snaps losing streak, nips Madison Co.

DANIELSVILLE — The North Hall boys soccer team snapped a four-match losing streak with a tough 3-2 victory over Madison County Friday night in Region 8-AAAA action.

Juan Quiroz and Hunter Carter scored in the first half as the Trojans (2-6-2, 1-2 Region 8-AAAA) took a 2-1 lead into halftime.

The Trojans were froced to play most of the second half with just 10 players after Joel Barrientos received two yellow cards.

North Hall got the game-winning score when a Jackson Madonna throw-in was deflected into the Madison County (3-5, 2-3) goal.

North Hall next will play host to Buford in a another big Region 8-AAAA match.
