Students from Tadmore Elementary School were among the winners at the recent Regional Social Studies Fair, which was held on the University of North Georgia's Gainesville campus in Oakwood.
The competition was open to grades 5-12 in the Northeastern Division.
Forty-seven fifth graders from Tadmore researched and presented eighteen projects. The students took home eight second-place ribbons, and five third-place ribbons.
