Two subdivision plans, totaling 222 lots, are scheduled to be considered by the Hall County Planning Commission March 7.

The larger of the two, a proposal from Implementation Group LLC, would consist of 166 lots and be located on 109.96 acres on Buffington Farm Road at Water Lily Drive. The second is an application from J H Homes.  It calls for a 56-lot subdivision on 24.9 acres on Conner Road near Jim Crowe Road.

Also on the agenda for that meeting is a variance request from Prime Pak for 5.19 acres on Memorial Park Drive at Centennial Drive.  The company is planning an addition to an existing plant.

In addition, Buford Corn Maze is seeking a conditional use for 33.25 acres on Bennett Road at Ridge Road where an agri-entertainment venue is planned.

The commission meets at 5:15 at the Hall County Government Center.
