WINDER - Two Barrow County women were arrested this week for allegedly selling methamphetamine and marijuana out of their live-in camper.

41-year-old Stacey Rowan and 49-year-old Leeann Lenz, both of Winder, were arrested Friday afternoon when members of the Winder Police Department executed a search warrant at their residence on Duke Street. According to a social media post from the department, the warrant was acquired after officers learned that illegal narcotics were potentially being sold from this location.

The release said the women, who are apparently related, were living inside of a camper that was "parked on the lot of a residential property owned by their family." The camper apparently served as a base-of-operations for the suspects.

Rowan and Lenz have each been charged with possession, and possession with intent to distribute, of methamphetamine and marijuana. The pair was eventually booked into the Barrow County Detention Center, where they await a bond hearing.

No other details have been made available at this time.
