Meeks joins Willis Investment Counsel

 Ashton Meeks has joined Willis Investment Counsel as a management analyst.

 

Meek’s responsibilities include marketing, client relations, strategic projects, and other organizational business matters supporting the firm’s management and portfolio managers. 

 

Meeks, who holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah, served an internship with Willis Investment Counsel before joining the firm full time. Previously, she interned in the Orientation and Leadership Development office of the University of Utah from 2013 through 2015. Locally, she also served two summer internships in Gainesville with the Norton Agency in 2012 and the Mundy Mill subdivision property management group in 2013.

 

Meeks, who grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho, has other ties to Gainesville. Her grandparents are Wendell and Lydia Starke of Gainesville, and her mother, Jennifer Meeks, is the Starkes’ daughter.
