CHEROKEE, N.C. — The West Hall boys basketball team went 2-1 at the Holiday on the Hardwood Tournament in Cherokee, N.C. last week.
The Spartans (4-7) beat Asheville (N.C.) 79-65 and then knocked off Broome (S.C.) 86-77.
Xzavier Reid had 39 points in the two wins for West Hall. Tae Reid had 30 points, Noah Edmondson 28 points, and Jacob Satterfield 23 points combined for the Spartans.
Jeremiah Prather added 12 points in the win over Broom for the Spartans.
