Two recent residential fires in Hall County have been ruled accidents, fire officials said Tuesday afternoon.

Hall County Fire Services Captain Zach Brackett said the most recent, a fire at a single-wide mobile home on Bolman Drive Monday night, originated from a candle.

About 40 percent of the structure off of Ga. 60/Candler Road was in flames when firefighters arrived.  The occupants were displaced as a result.

The fire that damaged a home at 26 Georgia Avenue this past Friday night originated from a fireplace, according to Brackett  That blaze that broke out before 9:00 p.m. displaced five people.

No one was hurt in either fire.  The American Red Cross was called to provide assistance in both incidents.
