Boys basketball: Big 2nd half propels North Hall past West Forsyth

CLEVELAND — The North Hall boys rallied from an 11-point halftime deficit to pull out a 65-58 win over West Forsyth Saturday in the White County Christmas Tournament.

The Trojans (7-4) have now won four straight games. They trailed in every quarter before turning the tide with a 24-14 fourth quarter spurt to get the win.

West Forsyth led 13-6 after the first quarter and extended it to 28-17 by halftime. But, North Hall began to chip away outscoring the Wolverines 24-16 in the third quarter.

Evan Easton led North Hall with 22 points, 18 coming in the second half. Alden Lewallen added 14 points for the Trojans.

West Forsyth was paced by 21 points from Michael Zabetakis. Joe Fretas had 13 points for the Wolverines (1-6).
