The FBI and Gwinnett County Police Department are hoping the public will be able to identify a man who allegedly robbed six different businesses in the North Gwinnett and South Hall areas in the span of approximately a month.

The suspect (see photo) is described as black man with light skin, approximately 5-7, medium build with black hair and a receding hair line, according to a press release from the FBI. His alleged crimes followed a pattern in each case.

The six incidents (see list below) occurred between Sept. 25 and Oct. 30.

1) Sept. 25, 1:50 p.m. -- The suspect entered the Marathon Gas Station on Buford Highway in Buford and produced a silver revolver, and told a store employee to open the cash register and get on the ground. The employee followed orders, and the suspect fled the scene in a black car. The suspect was reportedly wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, black gloves and a mask over part of his face.

2) Oct. 9, 8:50 p.m. -- The man walked into the Pure gas station on Gaines Ferry Road in Flowery Branch, and again produced a silver hand gun, and ordered the store employee to open the cash register and get on the floor. The employee complied, and the suspect left with the cash and the employee's cell phone.

3) Oct. 11, 10:20 p.m. — This incident happened at the Shell gas station on Buford Dam Road in Buford, and again the suspect produced a silver revolver, told a store employee to empty the register and get on the ground. The suspect got away with approximately $850 of cash and coins.

4) Oct. 24, 10:32 p.m. — The suspect entered the Exxon gas station on Old Suwanee Road in Buford, and followed a similar script, telling an employee to empty the register and get on the floor after he produced a silver revolver.

5) Oct. 29, 9:42 p.m. — The man went to the Citgo on Hamilton Mill Road in Buford and demanded money out of the register. A store employee asked the suspect if he was serious, at which point the suspect pulled out the silver revolver. The employee complied with the demands to open the cash register, and the suspect fled.

6) Oct. 30, 9:20 p.m. — The suspect walked into the Dollar General on South Garnett Street in Buford, again producing the silver hand gun and demanding cash. An employee opened a register, and the suspect fled with the cash.

No injuries were reported in any of the incidents.
