PEMBROKE, N.C — UNC Pembroke's Jasmine Huntley scored a game-high 20 points to lead the Braves to their third straight victory with a 77-56 Peach Belt Conference win over the University of North Georgia women's basketball team on Saturday afternoon in UNCP's English E. Jones Center.

Behind a pair of 3-point baskets from Molly Rainwater, North Georgia opened the game with a quick 10-0 spurt over the first 2:38, but UNCP responded to outscore the Nighthawks 23-6 for the remainder of the quarter.

Cierra Jackson and Kelsey Hutchins scored 14 and 10 points respectively to lead the Nighthawks. Rainwater added another 3-point basket in the fourth quarter to finish with nine points, all from long distance.

Jackson added a team-high seven rebounds marking the 15th time the senior guard has led the team in rebounding.
