Vardeman is Chief Strategy Executive with Northeast Georgia Health System, and is responsible for guiding the strategic direction and marketing efforts for the Health System in conjunction with the organization’s operating boards and senior leadership.

She is an active member of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Council and was awarded the Silver Shovel Award for her work in economic development, including the recently completed hospital campus in Braselton. Statewide, she served as an active participant in the Leadership Georgia organization, having served a one-year term as program chair, and is a former board member of the Georgia affiliate of the American Heart Association, the Hall County Library Board and Eagle Ranch, a children’s home for boys and girls in crisis and need. “We are excited to have Tracy join our Peach State family and look forward to the coming year,” said Abit Massey, Chairman of the Community Development Board.

“At Peach State Bank & Trust, our roots are deeply planted in Gainesville and Hall County – from our front line employees to our directors – much like many of our longtime customers and businesses," added Ron Quinn, President & CEO of the bank.  "Ms. Vardeman will be a great asset to our Community Development Board with her experience and knowledge of our local community.".
