OAKWOOD - The Oakwood Planning Commission is recommending approval of the rezoning of a tract of land near Johnson High School where townhouses are planned.
Oakwood City Manager Stan Brown confirmed Tuesday that the proposal calls for 105 units on the 13-acre site. The developers want the property rezoned from Residential to Planned Residential Development.
The matter now goes to the Oakwood City Council.
