SUWANEE—Anyone looking to use the Suwanee Creek Greenway on Wednesday might need to find a new place to walk or bike.
A post on the city's Facebook page says a contractor will be applying a protective coating to some of the newly installed boards along a few sections of the trail.
The following sections will be closed:
- The connector bridge from Town Center to the Greenway (adjacent Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road)
- The area near McGinnis Ferry Road
- The area near Martin Farm Road
City officials said the treatment needs time to dry properly, and all sections should re-open on Thursday.
