JEFFERSON - A Jackson County 4-H member recently received 4-H's Georgia Innovator of the Year Award.
17-year-old Hal Jarrett received the honor for his "passion in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) and the leadership he has shown in Jackson County," according to Jim Cooney, Public Relations Manager, National 4-H Council.
