GAINESVILLE — The Hall County SPLOST (Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax) Citizens Review Committee will hold its first meeting next week.
County spokeswoman Katie Crumley confirmed Tuesday that the committee will meet July 28 at 4:30 at the county Government Center.
The group, formed bylocal elected officials, will monitor how revenues from a sales tax extension approved by voters in March will be spent.
