GAINESVILLE - Jennifer Parker, East Hall MIddle School Media Specialist, has been named Library Media Specialist of the Year for the North Georgia District by the Georgia Library Media Association (GLMA).
Parker will now go on to compete for the state award, which will be announced at the annual GLMA State Conference, November 4-6, at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta.
She was nominated for the district award by Ginny Sapp, Hall County School District Coordinator of Media Services.
