GAINESVILLE — Once again, Hall County Government hosts its yearly Fourth of July celebration on Lake Lanier, and organizers say while the price tag for the event is a little bigger this year, the line-up of events makes it worth every penny.
Assistant County Manager Marty Nix recently took WDUN's Bill Maine on a tour of Laurel Park to show him where everything will be set up for the 52nd annual event.
The cost for entry to Laurel Park will be $10 per car on July 4, but the cost of entry includes two live concerts along with the annual fireworks show at dark. All proceeds benefit the American Legion Paul E. Bolding Post 7.
