LAWRENCEVILLE — Four people charged a year ago in a Buford motorcyclist's death have now been indicted in the crime.

Gwinnett County police said Brandon Gaylor, 24, was killed just after 2:30 a.m. on April 26, 2014  as he and four friends traveled from a Flowery Branch restaurant to his home on Duncan Creek Road in Buford.

Police said the five friends appeared to be racing, with Gaylor leading the way.  Gaylor was operating a Kawasaki motorcycle and was reportedly hit by several vehicles as he tried to make the turn into the driveway of his home.

According to a report in the Gwinnett Daily Post, Jennifer Schoeppler has now been indicted on a charge of vehicular homicide; she is accused of rear-ending the motorcycle, causing Gaylor to be ejected from the bike.

Also indicted in the deadly race was Noelle Gretzinger, accused of hitting Gaylor’s body with her car. She was indicted for vehicular homicide. Gretzinger's father, Gary Woodruff, was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence for allegedly helping Gretzinger hide her Honda Civic from police. The fourth suspect, Titis Newsome, was also indicted for helping to hide evidence, according to the newspaper report.

The newspaper reports that Andre Daniels, initially charged with vehicular homicide, was not’t included in the indictment. The status of charges levied against Daniels is unknown.

At this point, all of those involved remain free on bond. There is no word on a trial date.
