OAKWOOD — Ollie’s Bargain Outlet has inked a deal to open a store at College Square Shopping Center in Oakwood.
Tentative plans call for the 23,348-square-foot store to open in September.
Stuart Nelson of The Shopping Center Group represented the tenant and Bill Stogner of Selig Enterprises, Inc. represented the landlord in-house.
Rite-Aid and Tractor Supply are among the other tenants in the shopping center which will be at 98 percent capacity once Ollie's opens.
