Business After Hours to be held at Lake Lanier Olympic Venue

GAINESVILLE — The Greater Hall Chamber’s upcoming Business After Hours is sponsored by Lake Lanier Olympic Venue and will take place on Thursday, May 28 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the venue at3105 Clarks Bridge Road in Gainesville.

As the competition site for the 1996 Olympic Rowing and Canoe/Kayak events, the Lake Lanier Olympic Venue (LLOV) boasts one of the best competition sites in the world. The LLOV also hosts global class competitions along with local and national athletes/teams as a key training site.  The facility provides recreational opportunities for the region and is a destination point for sports enthusiasts. The USA Canoe/Kayak was recently awarded the 2016 Pan American Championships for Canoe Sprint, and LLOV will host these championships in May 2016.  The event also serves as the Continental Olympic Qualifier for the Americas.  The natural beauty surrounding LLOV is unmatched in the country and provides a unique aspect to the quality of life in our region. 

Business After Hours is Gainesville-Hall County's Largest Networking Event and will include food, drink and a cash prize to one lucky winner.  $5 Chamber Members; $15 Non-Members.
