BISHOP -- The Johnson girls golf team finished third at the Region 8-AAAA Tournament Monday to advance to the Class AAAA North Sectionals.
The Lady Knights shot a 280 team score at Lane Creek Golf Course.
Madison Stewart led the way with a 92 for Johnson. Kristin Waters fired a 93, Jenny Barrett a 95, and Emory Burkhead shot a 134 for the Lady Knights.
