CLEVELAND - The City of Cleveland has issued a boil water notice due to a water main break at Woodland Forest Subdivision.

The notice affects residents from Woodland Forest subdivision off Old Clarkesville Road, Whitehall Manor Apartments, Whitehall Common Apartments on Bryant Street, and The Woods subdivision, off of Old 75 South in Cleveland.

Residents and businesses in the affected area will notice the loss of water or water pressure while the line is being repaired.

This notice is required by EPD when water pressure drops below 20 PSI (pounds per square inch). The boiled water is for drinking purposes or bottled water can be used until bacteriological samples can be collected and tested.

Water should be boiled until the city lifts the notice.

The city will notify the media as soon as test results are received.
