Flowery Branch, church teaming up to help stock food pantry

FLOWERY BRANCH - The City of Flowery Branch is helping the Spirit of Joy Food Pantry with filling its shelves for those in need of everyday supplies. The pantry is located at 5526 Hog Mountain Road.

The goal of the Spring Paper Roundup is to collect 100 packages of toilet paper, paper towels or other paper products, as well as foodstuffs, for South Hall residents in need. Diapers are also on the list.

In addition to paper products, the pantry is in need of peanut butter, canned tuna, canned beans, canned soup, 100% fruit juice, mac and cheese, and whole grain cereals.
