Winter Weather Advisory for today

PEACHTREE CITY - A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for several north Georgia counties where a mixture of rain, sleet, and freezing rain is likely.

The Gainesville area is not included but there is the potential for black ice around the city.

Temperatures, which remained in the mid-60s overnight last night in most of north Georgia, have been gradually falling since early this morning and are expected to continue to do so all day and into the night.
