Winter storm warning remains for mountain counties; advisory in place elsewhere

PEACHTREE CITY - A winter storm warning remains in place until 10 a.m. for the mountain counties across north Georgia, but the National Weather Service has downgraded the warning to a winter weather advisory for other parts of the region.
Snowfall amounts range from less than an inch in Gainesville to more than 7 inches in Blairsville.
