DAHLONEGA -- University of North Georgia head women's soccer coach Chris Adams has announced eight signees for the 2015 signing period. The class includes six high school seniors plus a pair of Division I transfers.<br />

"We are very excited with this 2015 class which will strengthen our program in every position," stated Adams. "With two transfers already on campus, we have added experienced players that will not only play right away but will accelerate the newcomers ability to adapt to the college game. We have high expectations for this great group of players."<br />
<br />
<b>Sarah Allen</b> - School: West Forsyth - Club: United Futbol Academy<br />
Allen will strengthen the goalie position for the Nighthawks following her high school career at West Forsyth. As a club soccer standout, she was named to the 2013-14 Olympic Developmental Program All-Region team.<br />
<br />
<b>Kayla Feigenbaum</b> - School: Starr's Mill - Club: AFC Lightening<br />
Feighenbaum led Starr's Mill to the 2014 AAAAA Region championship and state title match after reaching the semifinals during her sophomore season. She has connected on 28 career goals heading into her senior season.<br />

<b>Jordyn Missel</b> - School: Peachtree Ridge - Club: GSA ECNL<br />
Through her junior year, Missel has scored 26 goals and 62 points at Peachtree Ridge. She is a two-time All-Region performer as a forward and earned the team's Most Valuable Player and Golden Boot Award last season. Missel led PRHS to the Region championship last spring.<br />

<b>Meghan O'Loughlin</b> -School: Walnut Grove (South Alabama) - Club: Atlanta Fire United<br />
O'Loughlin made the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) Class AAA Region 3 second team in 2012 and was an honorable mention for the team a year before. She played the 2014 season at NCAA Division I South Alabama where she registered a goal and an assist in nine games of action.<br />
<br />
<b>Raven Rose</b> - School: Greenbrier - Club: South Carolina United<br />
Rose, a product of Greenbrier, will bring a hard-nosed defensive approach to the North Georgia back line as an outside back. She collected double figure goals as a junior and helped her club team to the 2013 State Cup championship and the 2012 Disney championship.<br />
<br />
<b>McKay Shively</b> - School: Dawson County - Club: United Futbol Academy<br />
Shivley will make the short trip to Dahlonega from nearby Dawson County where she has netted 46 career goals heading into the 2015 season. She is already a four-year letter winner at DCHS and holds the county record for most goals scored in a season (20 in 2012).<br />
<br />
<b>Renee VanHorn</b> - School: Mount Paran Christian School - Club: Southern Soccer Academy<br />
VanHorn will join her older sister, Rachel, as a member of the UNG women's soccer program following her prep career at MPCS. She has tallied 16 career strikes and led her high school side to the 2013 A area championship.<br />
<br />
<b>Taylor Wagnon</b> - School: Greater Atlanta Christian (Auburn) - Club: GSA 95 Phoenix Red<br />
Wagnon played in seven matches during the 2013 season and scored one goal, coming against Southern Mississippi in Auburn's 6-0 victory. She was named to SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll. In high school, she led GAC to the 2012 State Championship and set the school record for most assists in a season as a junior.<br />
<br />
These eight players join a Nighthawk program that is on the heels of its most successful season in 2014, in which North Georgia posted 17 wins and made its third NCAA postseason appearance in the past four seasons.
