JASPER — Karlie Bearden led four players in double figures with 20 points as Dawson County beat Pickens 69-46 Monday on the road.
Kaylee Sticker added 14 points, and Peytan Porter and Haley Burgess each had 11 points for the Lady Tigers (10-0).
It was a tight game early as Dawson County led just 11-8 after the first quarter. The Lady Tigers took control from there.
Dawson County outscored Pickens 41-20 over the second and third quarters to pull away for a 52-28 lead heading into the fourth quarter.
The Lady Tigers will take a week off before returning to action next Monday against Athens Christian in the Bulldog Classic at George Walton Academy.
