GAINESVILLE - Center Point, a non-profit agency providing a wide range of support and treatment services for local youth and families, has named Dr. Marshall Bruner as its clinical director.
A Gainesville native, Bruner will oversee counseling and related services for Center Point. Bruner holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology with a special emphasis on working with children, adolescents and families on issues such as anger management, depression, grief, parenting, social skills and conflict resolution.
Bruner also has served six North Georgia churches as an ordained United Methodist minister.
“We are fortunate to have someone with Marshall’s clinical and pastoral background,” said David Smith, executive director of Center Point. “His unique perspective allows for a balanced approach to working with families and promoting their healing and wellbeing,”
