GAINESVILLE—Jury selection is underway in the trial of Nikki Autry, a Habersham County Sheriff's Deputy charged in the Cornelia drug raid that injured a toddler.

Judge William O'Kelley is hearing the case.

That's according to Bob Page, Public Affairs Officer U.S. Attorney's Office, Northern District.

Bounkahm "Bou Bou" Phonesavanh was injured by a flash-bang grenade in the 2014 raid.

A settlement was reached between the county and the family in April.

The trial is being held in Gainesville.
