STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. (AP) Police say an Uber driver led them to three suspects after a shooting at an Atlanta-area hotel that left one person with life-threatening injuries.

Gwinnett County police Cpl. Michele Pihera says a man was shot in the head early Tuesday inside a room at a Days Inn near Stone Mountain.

Police say the Uber driver called 911 but didn't say anything. The 911 operator called back, and the driver said he'd just dropped off three suspicious men at a Snellville home.

Police went to the home. They say one suspect was immediately taken into custody, and the other two fled but were caught.

Police say the suspects robbed four men from North Carolina who were staying at the hotel and stole their car, which they abandoned at a Waffle House restaurant.
