GAINESVILLE - North Georgia Community Foundation Vice President for Programs Callie Flack has been named to the Southeastern Council of Foundation’s 2015-16 Hull Fellows Class.
Flack is one of 18 philanthropic leaders in the southeast selected to participate in the professional development program.
“The SECF’s Hull Fellows program is the premier professional development program for emerging philanthropic leaders,” NGCF President/CEO Michelle R. Prater said. “This is a great honor for Callie, and her participation in the program will benefit the Foundation and our donors.”
The Hull Fellows Class will meet throughout the year to discuss issues facing philanthropy in the south, gain knowledge from mentors and develop their own leadership skills and style.
“So much brainstorming and learning comes from the connecting with others, and I look forward to the insights and knowledge about philanthropy I can gain through connections with other professionals in the field,” Flack said.
The Southeastern Council of Foundations is one of the nation’s largest regional associations of grantmakers, serving more than 330 foundations and corporate giving programs in 11 states in the south.
