UNG men's soccer blanks Clayton State, 1-0

MORROW — The University of North Georgia men's soccer team made a first half goal by Ivan Acimovic stand up as the Nighthawks posted a 1-0 Peach Belt Conference win over Clayton State on Wednesday evening at CSU's Laker Field.

Acimovic found the back of the net in the match's 17th minute marking the contest's only score. 

Victor Ohlin earned his third win of the year in goal with the 11-save shutout.

The win is North Georgia's second consecutive and pushes the Nighthawks' record to 3-8-1 overall and 2-3-0 in league play. Clayton State falls to 6-4-1, 2-3-0 PBC.
