Second rabies case of 2015 confirmed in Hall County

GAINESVILLE - Hall County officials Friday confirmed the county's second case of rabies for 2015.<br /> <br /> Two dogs came in to contact with a rabid skunk in the Grove Street area of East Hall recently. Positive alert signs have been posted in the area.<br /> <br /> County officials asked people who live in the area and see an animal acting abnormally to contact Hall County Animal Services at (770) 531-6830 or Hall County Dispatch at (770) 536-8812 during non-working hours.<br /> <br /> They also urged all pet owners to keep their animals current on rabies vaccinations.
