Boys basketball: Buford whips North Hall in 8-AAAA <b> (VIDEO) </b>

GAINESVILLE -- Buford opened with a 21-8 first quarter run and then cruised to a 78-51 victory Friday night in Region 8-AAAA action.<br /> <br /> The Wolves (8-8, 2-1 Region 8-AAAA) outscored North Hall (10-9, 1-3) in every quarter. They led 35-19 at halftime and then blew the game open with a 58-37 third quarter.<br /> <br /> Buford coach Allen Whitehart said it's always a tough environment at the North Hall gym.<br /> <br /> "Every time we come to North Hall it's a heck of a game," he said. "We just try look to our seniors to lead us."<br /> <br /> Senior guards Tre Hansbrough (17 points) and Taylor Mills (14) provided big sparks. Junior Kyrin Galloway paced Buford with 18 points.<br /> <br /> Carson Heinen and Evan Easton each had 16 points to lead North Hall.
