ATLANTA - Chick-fil-A could be the latest victim of hackers, according to information on the company web site.
The Atlanta-based company confirmed Wednesday officials have received several reports of possible unusual activity involving payment cards at some Chick-fil-A restaurants. The initial report about the possible hack came on Friday, Dec. 19.

Chick-fil-A said if the company determines a breach did occur, then Chick-fil-A or the bank that issued the cards involved, will absorb any fraudulent charges; customers will not have to pay for losses.
Chick-fil-A also said the company will pay for identity protection services should any customers be impacted.
