DAHLONEGA -- University of North Georgia head baseball coach Tom Cantrell announced the program's 2015 schedule Monday morning. The Nighthawks will fly close to home for the majority of the season, playing 31 games at home this spring.<br />

The 2015 slate features 12 games against four different teams that made the 2014 NCAA Division II tournament, including a road trip to the No. 1-seed from the Southeast Region, Lander.<br />
<br />
North Georgia will open up the season traveling to Valdosta State for a day game on the first day of February. Cantrell's squad will return to Dahlonega for the first weekend series of the season playing a Friday-Saturday-Sunday tilt at Bob Stein Stadium against Pfeiffer.<br />
<br />
After a midweek trip to Southern Wesleyan, the Nighthawks will return home for a three game series against Indianapolis, the six-seed from last year's Midwest Regional.<br />
<br />
UNG jumps into conference action on Feb. 21, hosting Georgia Southwestern with the first of four three-game sets in Dahlonega on the season.<br />
<br />
Peach Belt play will see North Georgia host Georgia Southwestern, Georgia College, USC Aiken, Armstrong and Montevallo. The Nighthawks will travel to Columbus State, UNC Pembroke, Lander, Young Harris and Francis Marion.<br />
<br />
Single game tickets will be $6 for adults and $4 for youth (ages 7-18). Nighthawk Athletic Club members, UNG faculty and staff, university students and children under seven receive free admission. All home games will be streamed live through Nighthawk Vision.
