Cobb Co. woman accused of seeking $94 million false tax refund

ATLANTA (AP) -- A Cobb County woman has been arrested on charges of filing a false state tax return and seeking a $94 million refund.<br /> <br /> Georgia Department of Revenue Special Investigations Chief Josh Waites told WSB-TV ( http://bit.ly/1mzvgo0 ) that Brigitte Jackson has been charged with attempted theft and conspiracy to defraud the state.<br /> <br /> The television station reports that Jackson was arrested at a bank inside a grocery store where investigators told her she could pick up her refund check.
