WWII paratroopers to visit Toccoa high schoolers

TOCCOA - World War II veterans who trained at Camp Toccoa at the base of Currahee Mountain are returning for the 14th Annual Currahee Military Weekend, October 3-5,4 in Toccoa. <br /> <br /> During their time in Toccoa, several are scheduled to attend an assembly at Stephens County High School to tell students about their experiences at Camp Toccoa as well as on D-Day. <br /> <br /> Veterans scheduled to attend and speak are:<br /> <br /> Medic Doc Ed Pepping, Easy Co. 506th PIR<br /> <br /> Medic Al Mampre, Easy Co. 506th PIR<br /> <br /> John H.
