Stephens rolls over North Hall

TOCCOA -- Stephens County piled up 650 yards of offense en route to a 48-19 thumping of North Hall Friday night in Region 8-AAAA action at The Reservation.<br /> <br /> The Indians (3-1, 1-0 Region 8-AAAA) got a huge game from quarterback Mason Long. Long threw for 257 yards and four touchdowns and added a 47-yard TD run to pace the offense.<br /> <br /> Stephens County took the drama out early scoring three touchdowns in the first quarter to run out to a 20-0 lead. Long put the game away with three TD passes in the second quarter to push the Indians lead to 41-0 by halftime.<br /> <br /> North Hall (0-4, 0-1) finally got on the board in the third quarter on a 1-yard scoring run by Drew Atha.<br /> <br /> The Trojans, who finished with 244 yards of offense, got touchdown runs from Maddox Turner (3-yards) and Jack Brown (36-yards) to get to the final score.<br /> <br /> Turner finished with 92 yards rushing and Kyle Bacus had 80 yards rushing for North Hall.
