A special one-day program designed to provide top executives of fast-growth companies experience-based information from successful entrepreneurs, including Tumblr founder David Karp, will air live in a streaming Webcast from the New York TimesCenter on Friday.

The program, jointly sponsored by Gainesville-based Brenau University and the Atlanta-based Oxford Center for Entrepreneurs, runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is available free of charge to remote viewers.

Other panel participants include Emmie Henderson Howard, a Brenau alumna and founder of Southern Proper, an Atlanta-company that develops and markets an upscale preppie clothing line designed around Southern themes; John Dobbertin, COO of Salt Lake City-based Helix Education, the 25-year-old technology-driven company that helps higher education institutions, including Brenau, to find, recruit, enroll, retain and teach students; Laura Zander, a former software engineer who started the online wool retailer Jimmy Beans Wool with her husband Doug in 2002 and in 2013 has done more than $7 million in sales.

Additional panelists are:
