Volleyball: Jefferson takes win over George Walton

MONROE -- The Jefferson girls volleyball team improved to 16-8 with a straight sets win Tuesday over George Walton Academy. <br />

The lady dragons won a tough 27-25, 25-23, 2521 match.<br />

Jefferson was led by Grace Williamson with 13 kills and Lindsey Nilsen with six kills. Paige Watson added 15 assists. <br />
<br />
Jefferson next play will host to Region 8-AAA foes Oconee County and Jackson County on Thursday.
