'Cinema for a Cause' will benefit Hall Co. United Way

ST. SIMONS ISLAND - United Way of Hall County will be among the beneficiaries of Georgia Theatre Company's 11th Annual Cinema for a Cause (formerly "Film & Food for a Cause") event to be held on Sunday, September 21, at all thirty of their theatre locations throughout Georgia as well as three locations in Florida, South Carolina, and Virginia.<br /> <br /> On that day, 100% of all admission tickets, concession purchases, and extra donation bowl money will be handed over to to local non-profits chosen by each theatre staff in their markets.<br /> <br /> Participating in Gainesville is Hollywood 15 Stadium Cinemas. United Way of Hall County will receive all proceeds from event day.<br /> <br /> Advance tickets (regular pricing for all movies) for the event will be available at participating theatre locations beginning at 6:00 Tuesday, September 16 through the event day.<br />
