Roberts, Brown score Late Model wins at Anderson

WILLIAMSTON, SC - David Roberts and R.A. Brown both came away from last week's action at Anderson Motor Speedway in Williamston, SC with a lot to smile about, as the two split the two 40-lap Late Model Stock features on the 3/8 mile paved speedway.<br /> <br /> Roberts picked up the win in the first feature, beating out Randy Porter for the victory. Kyle Plott finished in third, followed by Justin Sorrow in fourth and Brown in fifth.<br /> <br /> Kenneth Headen, Dylan Smith, Daniel Alvarez, Cody Haskins and Joe Wilder rounded out the top ten.<br /> <br /> In the second feature, it was Brown outdistancing Sorrow for the win. Anthony Anders came across the finish line in third, with Roberts in fourth and Plott in fifth.<br /> <br /> Wilder, Headen, Smith, Alvarez and Haskins rounded out the top ten.<br /> <br /> In other action, Zane Smith scored the win in the Legends feature. Riley Halverson finished in second, followed by Lee Jordan in third, Rex Brown in fourth and Cory Parham in fifth.<br /> <br /> B.J. Thrasher topped the Mini Stock field to pick up the feature win. Chad Campbell finished second, with David Darnell in third, Scotty Beck in fourth and Luke Sorrow in fifth.<br /> <br /> Steve Guthrie picked up the victory in the Renegade feature, with Shawn Campbell, Troy Carnes, Tommy Stokes and Chris Whitfield rounding out the top five.<br /> <br /> In Super Renegade action, it was Ted Somero holding off Rick Kelly to get the win. Michael Mote finished in third, with Whitey Suttles in fourth and Dale Walker in fifth.<br /> Donovan Beacham was the winner in the Front Wheel Drive feature. Brian King finished second, followed by C.J.
