GAINESVILLE -- Chestatee High School Principal Suzanne Jarrard announced Monday that assistant Bill Forman will be promoted to be the next head football coach of the War Eagles.

Forman will replace Stan Luttrell, who recently resigned to accept a position at Buford High School.

The appointment of Forman as head coach is pending approval from the Hall County Board of Education, which meets Monday evening.

"I am thrilled to announce that Bill Forman will be our next head football coach," Jarrard said via press release. "After considering many candidates, it was clear that coach Forman is the man for the job. Coach Forman has been instrumental in our recent success and is positioned to move us forward to even greater heights. His commitment to winning on and off the field is unparalleled. Without a doubt, he will produce a winning team on Friday nights and a winning team of young men who, after their high school careers are over, will be just that -
